TRANSLATION POLICY:

If you need help understanding policies or booking, please contact me directly before your appointment. I’ll do my best to provide assistance.

LATE FEE:

There is a 10-minute grace period. At 10 minutes a $10 late fee will be added to your total. After 12 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. No exceptions. I have booked out days, if you are late, I will not have time to service you and I will not put my other clients at an inconvenience to fit you in.

NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION:

No-shows and same-day cancellations do not result in a fee, as I understand things happen, but your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book. After 2 no-shows, you will no longer be able to book with me and will be banned from my website. Respect my time as I respect yours.

BRING-A-FRIEND POLICY:

Please do not bring extra guests unless it’s discussed and approved before your appointment. My space is limited—no kids, no surprise plus-ones. If you’re approved to bring a friend, they must remain respectful.

PAYMENT:

Your balance can be paid with Tap-Pay, Cash, or Cash App. Please come prepared, Zelle, Paypal, and all other forms of payment not listed as options will not be accepted for final payment.

RESCHEDULING:

As I understand things happen, you may reschedule your appointment anytime before your appointment, although I do prefer that you let me know ahead of time. If you do not reschedule your appointment, it’s considered a cancellation, and you forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will then be required to book.

NAIL PREP:

Come with bare nails UNLESS you have been serviced by me previously and are getting a fill-in, or if you’ve booked a regular or foreign soak off. I don’t work over others work, you will be required to come with bare nails or receive a foreign soak off.

DESIGNS:

If you want a freestyle, please book under “Freestyles” and make sure to add-on the nail tier you’d like me to freestyle in. I’d like you to please come with an open mind but I am open to color suggestions and freestyles based off multiple inspos. If you are against any shapes, colors, or designs, lmk! If you want something specific, please add-on the correct tier and have an inspo pick ready!
