TRANSLATION POLICY:
If you need help understanding policies or booking, please contact me directly before your appointment. I’ll do my best to provide assistance.
LATE FEE:
There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, a $10 late fee will be added to your total. At 25 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. No exceptions.
NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION:
No-shows and same-day cancellations do not result in a fee, as I understand things happen. After 2 no-shows, you will no longer be able to book with me. Respect my time as I respect yours.
BRING-A-FRIEND POLICY:
Please do not bring extra guests unless it’s discussed and approved before your appointment. My space is limited—no kids, no surprise plus-ones. If you’re approved to bring a friend, they must remain respectful.
PAYMENT:
Your balance is due in cash ONLY. Please come prepared—no Zelle, CashApp, Tap Pay, or Apple Pay will be accepted for final payment.
RESCHEDULES:
You may reschedule with at least 48-hour notice. Anything under 24 hours is a cancellation.
NAIL PREP:
Come with bare nails. I do not provide soak-offs, and I do not do foreign fills.
DESIGNS:
If you want freestyle, come with an open mind. If you want something specific, please send inspo at least 24 hours in advance so I can prep.
